| Buyers- If you use my services to purchase a home, I will give a .75% of the sales price as a BUYER REBATE at the close of escrow (Example: $300,000 sales price= $2,250). Also, I do not charge any fees for you to use my services like most real estate companies do! If you need a mortgage, my preferred mortgage company will guarantee you the lowest interest rate and fees and they will provide you a good faith estimate to prove this! Sellers- I will list and sell your home for as little as 1.5% of the sales price, not 5%, 6%, or 7%. It's your equity keep it!
